There are very few events where nearly everyone involved feels connected, inspired, and filled with enthusiasm for the next year’s event and yet that is exactly what happens with the Linesville Lighted Tractor Parade. Parade entries are from local businesses, farms, residents, and local community organizations. Each of these units are decked out in lights and decorations and they make the evening feel magical. Our tractor entries include lawnmowers, compact tractors, antique tractors, farm tractors, and floats. This year, we are looking forward to having an incredible parade! We hope you’ll join us as a participant, a sponsor, and/or a spectator. In 2018, we set the record as the Largest Lighted Tractor Parade in the United States! In 2017, our parade had over 50 Christmas-themed entries. (Courtesy of the city of Albuquerque) Soon a glow will fill the streets of Route 66 in Nob Hill. And the tractors…they simply take your breath away. Vehicles are decked out in lights as part of the Twinkle Light Parade in 2021. The floats twinkle and amaze and encourage a deeper look to see all of their details. Lawnmowers become surprisingly special and are an amazing canvas for Christmas Cheer. Captivated crowds are beaming in awe at the creativity and beauty that is on display and many are wondering if they could find a way to be in the parade next year. According to Bree Ortiz, Community Events Division manager, the participation numbers are higher than those pre-pandemic. Over 4,000 people are set to participate in the 2022 iteration of the Twinkle Light Parade. In fact, they make the whole town glow! Drivers are lit up from within from the happiness they feel and they’re excited to be a part of something so special and unique. 30Soon a glow will fill the streets of Route 66 in Nob Hill.
